Shoreline Speech Therapy
Helping Every Child Find Their Voice
Play-based, evidence-driven speech therapy for children — in your home, daycare, or school across Broward & Palm Beach Counties, or via telehealth. We make every session feel like an adventure.
Meet The Therapist
Hi, I'm Alyssa Rosenberg, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and proud University of Florida alum — where I earned both my bachelor’s and master's degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders- go Gators! I’ve had the privilege of working with children and families across a range of settings — from private practices and outpatient rehabilitation to elementary schools. Each experience taught me something valuable. And each one brought me closer to understanding what great speech therapy looks like for kids and the families who love them.
With more than 7 years of experience helping children find their voice, I founded Shoreline Speech Therapy because I believe every child deserves to be truly heard, and every parent deserves a trusted partner on that journey. My approach is playful, patient, and always child-led — because the best therapy doesn't feel like therapy at all. I can't wait to meet your family and celebrate every milestone together — no matter how big or small. When I am not in a session, you will probably find me out walking with my dog, baking something in the kitchen, exercising, or spending time with the people I love. I believe a full life makes a better therapist, and it helps me connect with the families in a way that feels real, not clinical.

“My son Liam was one of Alyssa’s first students. You can tell how much Alyssa loved her job just by hearing her give me all the details of the therapy session and how excited she got when my son accomplished a goal. My son was around the age of 3 when he started with Miss Alyssa and if it wasn’t for her establishing speech foundations with Liam, I am unsure of where his speech skills would be today. There is no doubt in my mind that Liam is in such a good space today because of Alyssa’s skills as a speech therapist.”
— Brittney, Parent
“We had a wonderful experience with Alyssa. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very engaging. She always took the time to explain things clearly to us as parents. My son made great progress in speech therapy with her support.”
— Sarah, Parent
“Mrs. Rosenberg is truly an exceptional speech-language pathologist. For a year, she worked patiently and skillfully with my son to improve his pronunciation of sounds like “S” and “Z,” and the transformation was incredible. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and kind, encouraging approach, he “graduated” from speech and speaks clearly and confidently. In fact, you would never know he ever had a speech challenge—sometimes I even forget myself! We are so grateful for the lasting impact Mrs. Rosenberg had on his communication and confidence. ”

We are play-based, family-centered speech therapy practice. That means therapy looks like fun — because for kids, play is how learning happens. It also means you are not just dropping your child off and hoping for the best. You are part of the process. We will always be honest with you about where your child is, what we are working toward, and what you can do at home to keep things moving forward between sessions.
At Shoreline Speech Therapy we are neurodiversity-affirming, which means we see your child as a whole person — not a checklist of things to fix. Our job is to meet them where they are, build on their strengths, and help them communicate in ways that feel natural and authentic to who they are.
Here at Shoreline, we believe that the earlier and more consistently we support a child, the bigger the difference we can make.

No insurance, no limits
Insurance companies do not get to decide how often your child is seen, how long we work together, or when therapy ends. At Shoreline, those decisions are made by us — based on your child's needs and your family's goals. Nothing else.
Therapy that comes to you
We come to your home, which means therapy happens in the environment where your child is most comfortable, most themselves, and most ready to learn. No waiting rooms, no driving across town, no rushing out of school early.
You are part of everything
We do not just work with your child — We work with your whole family. You will always know what we are working on, why it matters, and exactly what you can do at home to support your child between sessions. Progress does not stop when I leave.
A therapist who sees your child as a whole person
We are neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and deeply committed to meeting every child where they are. We are not here to change who your child is — We are here to help them communicate in a way that feels right for them.
Individualized care, always!
Your child is not a caseload number. Sessions are built around their personality, their goals, and what makes them light up — because that is how real progress happens.
Our Process
Your Journey With Us
From your first question to your child's last session, here's what to expect every step of the way.
Step 1— Free Consultation
It starts with a conversation. You tell us what you're noticing, we listen and ask questions, and together we figure out if speech therapy is the right fit. There's no pressure and no commitment — just answers.
If we move forward, we'll schedule a comprehensive evaluation. This is where we get a full picture of your child's communication strengths and needs through play-based activities and standardized assessments. You'll leave with a clear understanding of where your child is and a recommended plan.
Step 2 — Evaluation
Step 3 — Therapy
Therapy sessions are built around your child — their personality, their goals, and what brings out their best . We use evidence-based techniques in a fun, low-pressure environment, and we keep you closely involved so you can support progress at home too.
Step 4 — Graduation
When your child has met their goals, we celebrate. Graduation looks different for every child, but it always means one thing — they have the skills and confidence to keep growing on their own.
